Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Min 2 years experience as Account Officer/ Marketing Manager
• Good knowledge of SME banking product
• Have well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
• Good at selling/influencing
• Good Analytical Skills

Job Description:

• Ensure the achievement of sales target for SME banking product
• Propose SME financing proposals at Branch Offices
• Maintain the smooth collectability of SME financing customers under the responsibility in accordance with applicable procedures, in order to reduce the level of NPF at branch office.
• Ensure the financing process in line with the policy and regulation
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external financing support
• Providing premium customer service
• Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution.
